Postnatal Group
This week, our Postnatal Group will be taking a walk together as we discuss Moon Teachings. A Knowledge keeper will be present to help us understand and apply traditional learnings. Lunch is served and families with children aged 0 – 6 are welcome.

This week our Parenting Circle will be tackling an issue many parents have to face: Sibling Rivalry. Each Parenting Circle is a time for Indigenous parents, grandparents and caregivers to discuss developmental milestones and self-care while children socialize. Snacks provided.
