Dr. Ballou will be here for you and your family at the Early Years House, a gathering place for Ottawa’s Indigenous parents, grandparents, caregivers, babies, toddlers and children.

Get introduced to Tobacco Teachings and join us for an overview of our 2020 Program Guidelines. Based on traditional Indigenous teachings, our Bundle program helps parents and caregivers assemble their own personal bundle, made up of sacred items, both physical and spiritual, that can assist in child rearing. Families with children aged 0 – 6 are welcome.
