Plant Pool Outing
Pool time for our Post-Natal Group today! As always, transportation to the pool is provided. Please arrive at 10:30am if you need a ride, or feel free to meet us at the Plant Pool for 11am at 930 Somerset St W, Ottawa, ON K1R 6R9. We’ll be learning about the Philosophies of assembling your personal bundles, in Part 1 of this 2 Part class. Based on traditional Indigenous teachings, our Bundle program helps parents and caregivers assemble their own personal bundle, made up of sacred items, both physical and spiritual, that can assist in child rearing. Families with children aged 0 – 6 are welcome.
