Join us for special Cultural Teachings with Sharon Beaudin at our Post-Natal Group this week. A Knowledge keeper will be present to help us understand and apply traditional teachings. Lunch is served and families with children aged 0 – 6 are .

Based on traditional Indigenous teachings, our Bundle program helps parents and caregivers assemble their own personal bundle, made up of sacred items, both physical and spiritual, that can assist in child rearing. Families with children aged 0 – 6 are welcome.

Build your own Keepsake Box this week with us, a special place to keep precious pictures, letters, jewelry, and other important odds and ends. Each Parenting Circle is a time for Indigenous parents, grandparents and caregivers to discuss developmental milestones and self-care while children socialize. Snacks provided.

Winterlude Outing!
First Nation, Inuit and Métis families, please join us for one of Ottawa’s most beloved winter events - Winterlude! We’ve got a whole day planned at the Snowflake Kingdom, so make sure that you bundle up for a day outdoors, and please bring your own water bottle.
