Plant Pool Outing
Back by popular demand, we’re heading out for pool time with our Post-Natal Group again! As always, transportation to the pool is provided - please arrive at 10:30am if you need a lift, or feel free to meet us at the Plant Pool for 11am at 930 Somerset St W, Ottawa, ON K1R 6R9. We are partnering with a Seniors Group for a special Intergenerational Outing to the Canadian Museum of History across the river in Gatineau! For the month of February, the Parenting Bundle classes all revolve around the theme of Storytelling, and this week we look at Healthy Adult Relationships. Based on traditional Indigenous teachings, our Bundle program helps parents and caregivers assemble their own personal bundle, made up of sacred items, both physical and spiritual, that can assist in child rearing. Families with children aged 0 – 6 are welcome.
