Learn basic sewing, beading and embroidery as we create a family tree of life to donate to Wabano’s June Ignite the Spirit Gala auction This month our Parenting Bundle group will be working on the Seeds & Nourishment bundle. **Note** Parenting Bundle now meets in the Earth Room (basement) of the Wabano Centre at 299 Montreal Rd.

Location: Early Years House Join us in creating our gala auction piece. Learn basic sewing, beading and embroidery as we create a family tree of life to donate to Wabano’s June Ignite the Spirit Gala auction. No previous art experience is necessary to participate in our art workshops. All art supplies will be provided. Our art making workshops feature nontoxic materials. These workshops are open to all age groups. Families are welcome!

Location: Wabano Centre – Mamawi Room & Early Years House Garden Join us for Seed Teachings and a Seed Ceremony! A special learning and cultural event, we are having a Mohawk woman Della Adams from Akwesasne come and teach about the importance of the seed ceremony and protocols. Following the learnings, she will conduct a seed ceremony for the Early Years House garden in the afternoon. Everyone is welcome!
