Pregnancy Circle: Infant Massage Workshop
This week’s Pregnancy Circle is open to everyone as we welcome Indigenous Doula Tess Lauder from 6-6:30 to lead our workshop. We’ll resume our regular Pregnancy Circle programing at 6:30 p.m.

Last month we made a cookbook and this month we’ll try some of the recipes out. Yum! No previous art experience is necessary to participate in our art workshops. All art supplies will be provided. Our art making workshops feature nontoxic materials. These workshops are open to all age groups. Families are welcome!

Join us for Falling Leaves teaching. Based on traditional Indigenous teachings, our Bundle program helps parents and caregivers assemble their own personal bundle, made up of scared items, both physical and spiritual, that can assist in child rearing. Families with children aged 0 – 6 are welcome.
