We Sit Together: Peyote Stitch
Come learn about the peyote stitch and make one of your own. No previous art experience is necessary to participate in our Indigenous art workshops. All art supplies will be provided and our workshops feature nontoxic materials. These workshops are open to all age groups. Families are welcome!

We’re continuing traditional Tobacco Bundle teachings this week. Based on traditional Indigenous teachings, our Bundle program helps parents and caregivers assemble their own personal bundle, made up of scared items, both physical and spiritual, that can assist in child rearing. Families with children aged 0 – 6 are welcome.

Public Health Nurse Dave Elder will attend our Post-Natal Group today as we share and answer questions about infants. A Knowledge keeper will be present to help us understand and apply traditional learnings. Lunch is served and families with children aged 0 – 6 are welcome.
