Last month we made the Early Years Cookbook. Join is as we try out some recipes. No previous art experience is necessary to participate in our Indigenous art workshops. All art supplies will be provided and our workshops feature nontoxic materials. These workshops are open to all age groups. Families are welcome!

Parenting Circle
This week our Parenting Circle will be focused on “Fussy Eaters”. We will discuss how to help our children try new foods, and ensure they get the nutrients they need to grow! This week, we will be focused on listening in a special “Protocols with Elders” session. Based on traditional Indigenous teachings, our Bundle program helps parents and caregivers assemble their own personal bundle, made up of sacred items, both physical and spiritual, that can assist in child rearing. Families with children aged 0 – 6 are welcome.
