This week, our Postnatal Group will be talking about child development with our special returning guest, Ottawa Public Health Nurse Dave Elder. A Knowledge keeper will be present to help us understand and apply traditional learnings. Lunch is served and families with children aged 0 – 6 are welcome.

Pool time for our Post-Natal Group today! As always, transportation to the pool is provided. Please arrive at 10:30am if you need a ride, or feel free to meet us at the Plant Pool for 11am at 930 Somerset St W, Ottawa, ON K1R 6R9. Lunch is included, and families with children aged 0 – 6 are welcome. Registration required, please contact Jasmine Chatelain jchatelain@wabano.com (or ext 355) to sign up.

Join us for a fun day with guest ECE’s, who will be teaching a special way to communicate with your baby - Sign Language! Our Post-Natal group is designed for families with children aged 0 – 6. Light lunch / snacks provided.

Come for an informative visit with Dave Elder, our friendly Ottawa Public Health Nurse at our Post-Natal group, for caregivers and babies up to 18 months. No question is too big or too small when we’re talking about development, mental health and physical growth together! This week our meal will be refreshing cold pasta salad.
