COVID-19 Update
Following the advice of Ottawa Public Health and Public Health Ontario, we are temporarily pausing all Wabano Kids programming and outings in an effort to protect the health and safety of parents, caregivers and little ones.
The Early Years House will be closed, however the medical and mental wellness clinics at the Wabano Centre for Aboriginal Health will remain open.
Join us as we discuss what self-care looks like when you have a baby.
About Post-Natal Group
A group to discuss and answer questions about infants and share learnings. Knowledge keeper present. Lunch served. Families with children aged 0 – 6 are welcome.

Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
Wednesday: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm
Thursday: 11:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Saturday: Starting in February we’ll be open from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Sunday: Closed
