Building Baby’s Bundle: With Elder Jan Longboat

At today’s event, we are delighted to welcome Elder Jan Longboat. Jan is an Elder Herbalist focusing on Medicines, women’s teachings, and fasting Counselling. Jan is also Keeper of Earth Healing Herb Gardens and Retreat Centre at Six Nations, Ontario, Canada.

We invite you to join us and learn about the ‘power of the Good Mind’. Jan’s teachings will focus on how our ancestors have left us a great legacy of knowledge in how to have ‘good well-being.’

Based on traditional teachings, our Bundle program helps parents and caregivers assemble their own personal bundle, made up of scared items, both physical and spiritual, that can assist in child rearing. Families with children aged 0 – 6 are welcome.
